That early exposure to quality and precision laid the foundation for his approach to building.
Curtis later spent a decade in leadership roles overseeing construction and regional operations for Fortune 500 homebuilding companies. During this time, he honed his expertise in large-scale project management, operational efficiency, and team development—skills he now applies to custom residential builds with an unwavering focus on detail and elevated client experience.

Casey's career began in land acquisition and development, where he honed his ability to identify prime opportunities and navigate complex entitlement processes. Working for a leading national homebuilding company, he played a pivotal role in securing and developing key parcels that fueled the company's growth in San Antonio. This experience laid the foundation for Casey's entrepreneurial vision, leading him to establish his own land acquisition, entitlement, and development company. The company successfully transformed raw land into thriving residential communities, showcasing his strategic foresight and deep market knowledge.
